We are a small, niche, Northamptonshire based consultancy, set up by Chris Chaplin in 2013 after spending 25 years in senior roles with both worldwide corporations and UK PLCs including: 3PL’s, retailers and manufacturers.

Large projects are sometimes challenged with start-up/design issues. We have the skills that can solve many of these issues up front. Through open conversation, data gathering and analysis, we are able to get to the root of the organisational challenges by understanding both the language of the retailer/manufacturer, the systems / automation supplier and having a very pragmatic analytical approach which increases the likelihood of successful change.

We have built a strong support base from tried and trusted employees, who have seen many of the operational issues experienced in start up automation or network design. We also have a resource pool of associates and associate companies to ensure that the right skills are deployed within a client’s requirements and budget.
